🚚 UK Orders

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our UK warehouse.
Orders over £50 qualify for free tracked shipping.
Standard delivery time: 2–4 working days (Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent).
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

🌍 International Orders

We ship worldwide to collectors across Europe, USA, Canada, and beyond.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for accurate rates.
All international orders include tracking and delivery updates.
Typical delivery time: 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
Buyers are responsible for any local customs or import fees.

💬 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (international), please contact us at info@holohub.net and we’ll investigate immediately.
We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve any delivery issues quickly.

Orders placed before 2PM (GMT) are usually processed the same day (Mon–Fri).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
