How do I use the centering tool?
Simply place your card under the overlay, match the borders to the guide lines, and check the alignment on all sides. Our instruction card explains the process step-by-step.
Where are your products manufactured?
All HoloHub tools are 3D printed in-house here in the UK. We personally design, produce, and inspect every item to ensure the highest level of accuracy and durability. By manufacturing our tools ourselves instead of outsourcing, we maintain full control over print quality, material consistency, and precision - which is essential for a product used in pre-grading and card assessment.
Each tool is printed using high-quality materials, refined to produce clean edges, clear markings, and long-lasting reliability. Every unit is checked before packaging to ensure it meets our standards.
In short: handmade, in-house, and 3D printed with care by collectors who understand what you need.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship from the UK using Royal Mail.
UK Delivery: 2–4 working days
International Tracked: 3–7 working days (depending on destination)
All international orders include full tracking.
Do you offer returns?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement or refund.
For unopened/unused items, returns may be accepted depending on condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes - all international orders and most UK orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Are your Pokémon products genuine?
Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic and personally checked by us.
No reseals, no fakes, and no exceptions - authenticity is at the core of HoloHub.
How long does processing take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busier periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Do you accept grading submissions?
Not at the moment. HoloHub currently focuses on helping collectors prepare and pre-grade their cards with accuracy and confidence.
